Contained hereunder are the terms and conditions for use of the website store.securra.com and mobile application ‘Securra Health Store’ operated by Inventcare Labs Private Ltd Securra Health Store Division (hereinafter Securra Health Store), Chennai which govern the use of your purchase and use of the products and services (the "services") from Securra Health Store, and constitute a legally binding agreement, between you ("the customer", the "user") and Securra Health Store.
By visiting, viewing, accessing or otherwise using any of the services or information created, collected, compiled or submitted to Securra Health Store, you are deemed to have agreed to all the following terms and conditions. However Securra Health Store may elect to monitor any user content or service provider content and remove any user content or service provider content from the Securra Health Store website/mobile application if Securra Health Store determines in its sole discretion that such Securra Health Store website/mobile application is in violation of this Agreement or any applicable law and best practices. Where Securra Health Store removes any user content or service provider content from Securra Health Store website/mobile application, Securra Health Store will make reasonable efforts to inform the user or servicer provider who had posted such content. Such actions do not in manner negate or dilute Securra Health Store position as an intermediary or impose any liability on Securra Health Store with respect to user content or service provider content.
If Securra Health Store suspects any illegal, wrongful or fraudulent activity on Securra Health Store website/mobile application by any user or service provider, notwithstanding any other rights Securra Health Store may have, Securra Health Store reserves the right to inform the relevant government or law enforcement authorities. Securra Health Store will cooperate in all investigative procedures or requests for access / information initiated by any such government or law enforcement authorities.

Securra Health Store has tied with various trusted logistics partners for the delivery of products and services, and any liability/claim arising out of delay or damage thereof would be subject to the terms and conditions for such service as prescribed by our logistics partner, and Securra Health Store shall not be responsible for any claim arising thereof.
Any cancellation would be subject to the shipping of the product, which if commenced shall negate any right of cancellation, and any cancellation would be subject to written acknowledgement to such effect from Securra Health Store.
Any return shall be within 10 days from receipt of such product, and shall be based on actual defect, product not as described, malfunction and determinance of the same shall be at the discretion of Securra Health Store. If any returns are made without due factual basis, you shall be liable for the actual cost incurred by Securra Health Store including cost of shipping and handling arising on account of such exercise. The product returned should be the correct product shipped by vendor, complete product, unused by customer, and both product and packing should be undamaged.
